Commercial Manager - Design

We’re looking for a Commercial Manager to join a team delivering a well-established, high-profile design event. Reporting to the Divisional Director, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue, managing key client relationships, and contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the event.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets (stand revenue and sponsorship)
  • Manage and develop a pipeline of leads with accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Grow existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
  • Oversee floorplans and ensure high-quality client engagement
  • Coordinate with internal teams – marketing, operations, production, and finance – to deliver seamless events
  • Represent the company professionally at all times, including attending events (weekends included)
  • Travel to international design events to stay ahead of industry trends and build client relationships
